Once you’ve decided the time is right to make a permanent change in your diet and lifestyle, contact Carly to book an appointment. During your first 45-minute meeting, Carly will gather more information from you including risk factors for disease, medications and nutrition supplement use. In addition, she will walk you through a detailed diet & lifestyle history to learn your eating/meal schedule, exercise regime, portion sizes and food preferences. Based on this information, Carly then customizes a personalized program for you that will help you reach your goals! Her motto…..it’s not a diet…it’s a lifestyle change!
Your Personalized Program:
This visit is usually schedule one week after your initial consultation. At this time, your program is reviewed and you are ready to get started! Staying on Track: Follow up visits: These visits are key to your success! Follow-up visits provide accountability, support and allow for ongoing nutrition & lifestyle coaching. Follow-up visits can be 45 minutes or 15 minutes- this will be determined based on your goals and objectives. Online support: Online support is offered to ensure you stay on track! At a restaurant and not sure what to order? Email Carly! At the grocery store and not sure which product is the healthiest option? Email Carly! Daily or weekly emails monitoring your food intake will ensure you are following your program and reaching your goals! |
