Carly graduated from York University with an Honors Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Sciences. After pursuing her passion in the health and wellness field as a fitness instructor for over 7 years, she completed her second degree in Food and Nutrition at Ryerson University.
As a registered nutritionist, Carly motivates and educates through individual nutrition counseling and lifestyle coaching. She focuses on helping clients make lifestyle changes incorporating healthy eating and regular exercise. With daily emails, meal plans, grocery lists and helpful hints for eating out, her clients have been able to reach their personal goals and most importantly, maintain those targets over the long term.
With her help in maintaining a healthy weight gain throughout pregnancy, Carly's clients are able to enjoy pregnancy and bounce back to pre-pregnancy weight more quickly following delivery. Carly is passionate about educating children and parents to adopt healthy eating. Enjoyable sessions including arts and crafts, trips to the supermarket and menu design will empower young children and adolescents to make healthy choices which will last a lifetime.
