"Having Carly as my nutritionist has been a very rewarding experience. She is available for my questions, concerns, and even came grocery shopping with me! I've become excited about all the food options within my calorie limits, and my fiancee has become part of the process as we both work towards creating lean meals that don't leave us hungry.
